Shipping Policy

Turnaround
We know you can’t wait to rip open the package and sport your Color Runner™ gear. Your order will be processed within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Please allow additional time for shipping.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates depend on the method of shipping chosen during the checkout process. Our shipping will be processed through DHL Global Mail. Please note that you will need to allow 3-5 days for delivery.

Carriers
DHL Global Mail are our go-to delivery services.
Note: DHL will deliver to P.O. Boxes, please be specific.

Order Tracking
You will receive an email containing the tracking # for your order once it has shipped.

Back Orders
If in the unfortunate event one of our products gets placed on backorder, we will ship the portion of your order that is currently in stock. When the coveted item becomes available we will promptly ship the item to you at no additional cost.

Canceling Orders
You may cancel an order prior to processing and shipment, via email, store@TheColorRun.com.

Shipping Destinations
We ship to destinations in the U.S. of A. Shop online and in person at The Color Run™ Store, located at each Packet Pickup location and The Color Run™ Finish Festival.
